Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork used for deep relaxation, pain relief, and increasing joint range of motion. It combines movement and stillness, stretching and shiatsu. You float blissfully in a warm salt water pool. Martha moves you through the water slowly, massaging and stretching you in ways impossible on land.
